I know whois information is public.
They were posting whois information claiming it to be me when it is not me. That is the problem.
Who owns my domain, provides it free hosting, or is acting as a technical, dns, adminstrative or webmaster contact person ....
Is not necessarily me.
In this case it wasn't - even though the thread continue to claim the whois informaton WAS me.
When the whois information is not me personally.
I agree with your rule for the above reasons.
I'm not whining - it just should not occur or be allowed.
