Most people that get PayPal funds frozen are people that get a lot of funds with no PayPal history and PayPal freezes it to be safe from chargebacks.
If you do a few k a month of biz thru PayPal you will never get funds frozen after the first 1-2 months.

That's how I have my PayPal setup. I mostly use PP to send money but for those now rare times I get sent funds it immediately goes to my bank account. Too many horror stories of PP freezing accounts for six months for little to no reason.
