He said, "upload it to porn tubes". If he really just wanted to make a backup (which I highly doubt), he would use a single tube site.
I have never heard of anyone uploading copies of his legally purchased DVDs on a porn tube for the sole purpose of creating backups - that makes no sense. You can create copies of DVDs and save them as ISO images on your hard drive without relying on some porn site notoriously known for piracy.
