There is no justification to leave animals that have been banged around or sick to just lay there and take 3 days to die. Nor to break their backs like in that video cause they aren't moving fast. Nor to put the stun bolt through their ears and jaws. Nor to put them in the boiling water until they are totally dead.

Yes, people have the right to eat meat. However, since people want to eat lots of meat and at low costs, mass production is necessary. Low cost mass production leaves very little room for ethics and such.
Want to do something about it? Buy your meats at a local butcher, not Walmart, an make sure the meat comes from traditional farms. It'll taste twice as good and be three times as expensive.
