I just found out yesterday he has COVID, along with his partner Pat. Pat is in the hospital. Step-father is 85 and not in good health to begin with.
Much to my surprise he is a full on Trump supporter, believes COVID is a "hoax" and refuses to wear a mask unless he absolutely has to. The only reason he made it this far is because his nursing home has been pretty much locked down and he doesn't own a car any more.

Unfortunately, there seem to be a lot of people like that in the states (and on GFY). They'll continue to claim it's a hoax even to the point of the dying. It's sad, pathetic and unbelievable.
