I'm pretty sure those rules refer to GRAVE ACUSATIONS not some childish things whom nobody cares about and don't lead to $ loss ,so the thread is kinda useless . And silly if we take in account that Ross is obviously angry for getting scammed.
P.S. : Not even the scammer seems to insist on your idea,even though he joyfully seems to have been the first to post in this thread
