However, you will STILL have to register in your state as a "foreign" corporation and pay all the usual taxes, no advantage.

Not much incentive to incorporate in Delaware unless you are planning a felony (offshore bank accounts, tax evasion, etc, and even then a DE corp is of no actual value).
