I checked out this thread because I actually do SEO for myself with websites that I run.

Here's why you're not going to find anyone for this:

This is a recipe for getting fucked.

As you know, SEO doesn't work overnight. So I'm Joe SEO, doing on-page fixes, creating or spending money out of pocket paying writers, building backlinks which can also cost money, and for what? 5 months in you say you're out and suddenly months 6-12 my efforts finally come to fruition. Shit, not only did I lose my time but also came out of pocket.

You want to talk to someone who can get shit done?

Made it in January, put up some content, didn't touch it again until after the 4th of July.

Additionally, if someone is doing "performance SEO" they're going to do it for themself. You want traffic? Set up a referral or affiliate program and have affiliates focused on SEO work with you.
