In the whois, I usually use domains*whateverdotcom*@mycentraldomain.com, at least that way, I know which domains are having their whois records picked, though [email protected] would also work, I guess... then again with that method, if you've got 700 domains for example, you'll need 700 email addresses/wildcard email addresses (or whatever they're called) set up.
