as in Hawaii they measure form behind the wave..
Thus 5-6 feet in Florida is only 0-1 feet in Hawaii.

I love the ocean and do a lot of scuba diving. When there are strong swells and you are on the ocean bed you get pushed all over the place. It's awesome
