You say your attorney has advised you not to say anything to OR ABOUT... yet you go off on a rant calling Aaron all kinds of names and making all sorts of accusations.
No, you didn't use his name, but who posted that picture? Who claims to have gotten your number from caller ID? Not naming someone specifically does *not* protect you from libel when there's only one person you could be referring to.
You've just given Aaron's lawyer a ton of shit to work with... just cool down about all of this and go outside and scream or something. The more you let your anger get to you and post it here, the worse you make it for yourself. (And for your lawyer, who'll have to defend you after you defied his advice.)
