Not a chance. This guy has sent 53 "customers" that logged in 5 minutes after they signed up and never again. His trial conversion is 100%. Something is statistically wrong here. If you guys think it is wrong to ask others in your community if they have any conclusive data that this guy is a scammer, I disagree. I have the welfare of my employees and my ability to accept credit cards to worry about. That comes first.
