the "loot&murder" is a reaction to the systematic racism that has existed in the USA for 100s of years...it did not pop up out of the blue...
also "prayer" is just superstition...people like to feel in control of things so they wear their lucky charm or beg like a dog to the imaginary friend in the sky...superstition is not a realistic solution to any problem...
