I'm looking to sell one of the sites in my gay portfolio. It is in need of a bit more love which requires time, that I don't have.

- 5 year old site built on php
- Premium domain name evaluated at $1000 by godaddy
- 181k sessions in the past 30 days, 39% USA. Stable traffic
- 85% organic, 12% direct
- On its own server
- 5 500 videos
- Has 10k twitter account that I'm ready to sell with

Like I said, it is profitable so I'm in no rush to sell.
