2 ways.
1) File>Open select the file you want to make into an 88x88 thumb.
Then (once it's open) click Image>Adult Thumb set the parameters to 88x88. Then save. That's it.
2) just run your gallery thru the adult gallery plugin. It'll create the thumbs, and build the gallery on a pre set gallery template for you.
