We have been proud to serve our loyal customers as Total Server Solutions for the last 15 years. Our team prides themselves on our internal core value of being a customer-first organization. Delivering excellent products, services, and support, has created deep personal and consultatory relationships with our clients. Our expansive portfolio organically expanded with technology trends to meet the needs of our customers’ thriving businesses.
Our customers have always been the foundation of our success, recently proven by winning the Pacesetters award for the third year, being included on Inc. 5000’s list for the fourth year in a row, as well as being awarded a spot on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 40 list.
Today we launch a new logo, new website, and new name. We took great care and selection in the team, the process, and the choices made in bringing our customers, and the market, our new brand. As we release this new look, to me it feels like it is ‘the story of who we have always been’ and often doesn’t feel new at all.
We hope that this updated story, the robust portfolio and small touches like the mountain imagery lets our current and future customers know that they have an expert, reliable, and available guide into the unknown of future IT strategies. We have been a native of this cloud landscape and highly virtualized environments for eons – now we communicate it better.
