I think you need to better understand what forms the price of a site. Have in mind how much it earned in the last 6-12 months and what the trend is, how much it costs to support and manage in terms of resources like hosting, services renewals, big guys usually have their own servers, so you can skip that part, how much time it needs to manage per week in hours, etc, etc. What is your ROI so far? Will be very hard to sell without supporting accounts (related earnings or possibility to bulk swap links) and earnings guarantees. It is not like this is some business school to develop businesses investors could take and hire people to manage.I think nobody could give you more than $50 for these sites, especially when they could get better domains to develop.
