Hey Habib! I know when you were with us we went through a similar scenario, Did I hide any dates from you? When my superiors got to this acct. What did I say to you? I can't jump over them, but did I try my hardest to get everything set for you? It ended up the way it did, but you actually did exactly what I told you to do!

At the end of the day I have a job that I get paid to do, I listed here where my powers are, and where they aren't. I also explained the way out... You have your company and make decisions based on what fits you... Correct? So if an employee jumped over you. That would be ok? Would you fire him?
This is simple the OP can easily email the CEO it's not hidden anywhere...
