Italian sites make 1500 monthly. German sites make 16000 monthly.
I am not going to sell sites cheaply, because this is high quality product. And i am not going to miss any good opportunity to buy backlinks if someone offers quality ones. We are constantly buying quality links for our tubes. Couple thousands spent on sites does not make any difference in general on sites price.
