I mainly focused on code optimization, design, UX and responsiveness. I know it's not that common in the adult industry so I said why not ? Its made in JS with SSR optimization to improve the SEO + performances.

Currently I consider the website to be "mature", even thought there is still a lot of work to be done and i'm still adding new features on a weekly basis, like the upcoming ability to favorite categories, and show a user personalized feed with only the categories you favorited. I have quite a lot of categories with many niche one as well.

For the content, everything is automated, a horde of crawler bots are seeking and retrieving it on social networks, along with the full content's url.

Speaking about revenues, I've been messing around integrating ads from Exoclick there and there for fun, but it's not a priority until I reach more traffic.

I'm now looking for ways to attract traffic, so if you guys have suggestion on how I can do this / improve the website, I take it. I currently have around 3000-5000 unique daily users without having any real partners / link exchange being done. I'd say most of the traffic come from the US, and is 70% mobile 30% desktop. I really spent time to make the mobile experience "app grade" so users really enjoy it.

The url is "hardporners.com"

Thank you for your feedback

PS: I'm a senior web engineer but a total noob in the porn industry. So bear with me
As a body of work, I think you've done a fantastic job. I haven't checked out the site on mobile, but it looks and feels very nice on a desktop.

I don't particularly like the dual scroll - one on the categories and one on the main body. It's not intuitive.

I'm glad I visited the site because I found this gem:
