Not a meme - Its a picture of a click farm. Each one of those phones on the table has a vpn, and those tables go back to back as far as the eye can see. The girl (And many others like her) are spending all day, for pennies (Or possibly in slavery) going along all the rows of phones clicking on each one in turn 24 hours a day.
Each time she touches a phone, thats a 'click' - Thats your traffic. As much chance of converting and me renouncing my enjoyment of poo and meaning it.
Not too bad if each click is adding a twitter follower, or liking your youtube video or something specific where only numbers count - But as 'traffic' its an utter waste of time.
