The French Governement has decided that next summer they will surrender to the sun....
On a more serious note, France is not equipped for heat. Almost no air conditioning in most apartments. But hey, what can you expect from a country where not even 15 years ago, it was still normal to rent an apartment with the shower and toilets outside your apartment!!!
