I'm currently experimenting with finding good banners as well.
I've tried around with exoclick, trafficstars, twinred, chaturbate, iStripper, and crakrevenue.
Here are my results so far with a square banner:

CPM: 0.0178
CTR: 0.24%

CPM: $0.01
CrakRevenue
Only had a single sale in 10 days ($6.00)
Chaturbate
53331 clicks, 2 registrations, $21.18
iStripper
11122 clicks, 41 installations, $182.80
So far I haven't been able to find a network that pays well with filler ads. You have to find a specific product/service/membership that your visitors will buy. Researching and testing this takes a lot of time.
