I only pay $20 for Adobe CC. I have a family member that is a university student and she didn't need it, so she let me use her student discount.
Maybe that's an idea for some of you.
If you have a Mac, there is a software called SetApp that comes with a shitload of useful tools for developers, it $10 a month and it's a bargain.
If you're just working with graphics, especially for social media, book covers, t-shirts etc Canva is a good deal for the professional version at $13/month
