Both come with built-in affiliate management systems and reliably pay. They are also accepted by all the tubes for registration with their Content Partner Programs.

CCbill is the more well-known system and you can easily sell your cross-sales, but their scrub is hard, and their blacklist quite long. You'll get better conversions out of verotel, but if you add up everything, they are both about equal in terms of pros and cons.

There are almost no alternatives to NATS for what it does, but you are a small site and you don't need the power of NATS. Although improvements to the new NATS makes it better, unless you are a good web developer and sysadmin, NATS is difficult to run and maintain.

Most of your prime traffic sources will be the tubes. Focus on getting on the Content Partner Programs.

The pitch about the naturalness of the girls is a HUGE selling point, but is not reflected in the way you design the site and the brand.

Remove the few videos you have of girls with tattoos, and rebrand your site. Something like "untouched babes" or "no ink girls" or "pure fuck girls".

Then make that your key selling point. Your girls are all natural, and have no tattoos. Put that in all your keywords, tags, and titles when uploading to tubes and setting up your FHGs.

As soon as possible, start shooting new content with better equipment.
