Jewish people taking the piss out of white fertility, and gullible white people going along with it. The goal is to reduce the white birthrate, by promoting alternative sexual practices that do not typically produce children.
Think of it as a kind of alternative comedy, where the participants are largely unaware that it's a comedy, and that the joke is at their expense. If the agenda is being pushed by the media, then that should tell you who the comedians are.
