non binary is the lifepartner of this transgender man (in case of transgender you use always the new gender at the end so you know he was originally a women)
the sperm came from a donor that is a trans gender women (so a man before).
the non binary had nothing to do with the process.
with modern science it would be possible that 2 man can have a baby together wich would be a real genetic child from both of them.
if 2 women want the same it is not possible for the reason that males have an x and an y chromosome and women have only Y.
