Look. I'm sorry that so many right-wingers have gotten their tit in the wringer over the fact that a publicity-hungry state judge deliberately set about to create a controversy with an outcome as predictable as a Mike Tyson/Gary Coleman boxing match.
I do feel very sorry for people who spout off the same tired claptrap about how THEY understand the United States Constitution. It is unfortunate that 200 years of legal precedent don't influence their understanding of reality.
