10k isn't really that much traffic, so you're going to be in the RON pile no matter which ad network you're apart of. Crak may be ok, but it depends on your traffic.

Exo is normally competitive for clean pop feeds.

We're talking $10-$20 per day here, so... not really anything significant. Test and find out what works best for your traffic.

And don't ever put a popunder that's initiated from a play button.
