Usually I only weigh myself every other day or every third day. However, my goal is 200 by Thanksgiving so... I am weighing a little bit more.

I lose about a pound every other day. However, I am very strict about my diet (other than the three slices I had for dinner Sunday night but that was a charity meeting) and I usually hit the gym two or three times a day.
