Do you have WinRAR? Right click the folder, click add to archive, when the "Archive name and parameters" window pops up under archiving options check "Delete files after archiving", click OK. Works for me every time...

That's the result winwar gave me, copied to clipboard... Basically it said it "Cannot be deleted"...
