YOu can use Verotel, Globosale.net, are two that come to mind.
I have my issues with Verotel but they pay on time and offer some good options for European customers.
You can also use CCbill.com and not accept Visa. Globosale is Ok ive never had any problems with them yet.
There are some smaller ones as well like Membershipplus.net. These guys are based in the U.S. so I would be careful cause they dont charge any fees.
