From now on users that want to pay with CC will require to send valide Picture ID matching Credit card.
( I can't beleive i need to become one of those company ) but it's time to implement this.

Now i understand better why some sellers require this because that should protect the sellers against Bogus unauthorize transaction claim. Well Lesson Learned
