custom script is super important for sure, sometimes i'll see embedded wordpress tubes ranking but they have a custom theme and are doing crazy SEO things (hacked backlinks)
personally I think with cj tubes, you either need to be able to make a really good unique script or do really wild SEO things...most people can't do either of those things. I don't do wild seo stuff I just make nice custom scripts that show good content, and buy real links on real sites for them. not gonna make me rich but it works...the secret sauce is the script.
