Well I managed to get through on the phone after a 10 min wait this morning, and it's all booked up now. I told the lady in no uncertain terms how stupid it was to not be able to do it online, and she said that only the latest models are supported for online repair requests...
Which naturally makes total sense - I mean, it's MUCH more likely for you to have a problem with a NEW fridge than one purchased in 2012 isnt it?
