Is it illegal to sell and ship dirty fetish underwear to a buyer? I know its a weird question but this was a discussion a few of my friends were having after seeing it done on a TV series. I know there are lots of women who do it but I read about a SC girl that got arrested for it, and I havn't been able to find anything else about my question.
