I have a private warranty on a fridge, with one of the UK's largest appliance repair firms, Domestic And General. If anything goes wrong with my fridge, they send out a man (or woman) to fix it, no questions asked. If they cunt fix it, you get a new fridge, and whatever the outcome, not only is it repaired, but you never see a bill. Its COVERED...
Well, a few years ago, it developed a problem, and I called them up, and a nice lady took the details and sent a chap out the next day, and he fixed it, and all was good with the world. Perfect!
Until today, and something else is wrong with it. So I go and find the number to call on my new documents, and it's now gone online - Book your repair yourself, online !

Now, they should already KNOW the model of my fridge, cause they have been before, but I have to put it in the 'Book Repair' form of the website - Well, that's all fine and dandy, except for the small matter that it refuses to recognise my model number ! According to their website, my model of fridge does not exist ! However, google disagrees with this, because my model number in google takes me directly to the exact model of fridge I have, for sale, new, second hand, pictures of it etc etc... So Its not me being dim. Its their website...
So, unable to book online, I manage to find the number to call them up like I did before. So I call, and I wait, and I wait, and every few minutes a voice says "Sorry for the delay. Why not book your repair online instead? Just go to W W W etc... Then I get hold music, then the message again... And I say on hold for about an hour and ten mins, just being told to book online... Then, the line just goes dead.
So in for a penny, in for a pound, I call back... This time, instead of the music, I get a ringing tone ! Lovely ! Phone picks up with another message "Sorry, we closed at 6pm. You can always try tomorrow 8AM onwards - But don't worry... You can ALWAYS BOOK A REPAIR ONLINE !!! ARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

Booking a repair online is a good thing really, but at least have some cunt available to answer the phone for those who can't - THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN ! Or, alternatively, have a website that works correctly and recognises model numbers ! Or even let me leave that blank and BOOK A FUCKING REPAIR !
What a waste of my fucking time - I could have shat myself at least twice during the time I was on that phone waiting, and I would have thoroughly enjoyed it - again - WANKERS !!!
