It's been 3 months now

I submitted a ticket on sunday night, still no reply...

Has anyone received the new card and actually used it and can tell us it works ?
I'm having the same problem. Been waiting since October 2018 (even though I requested it back in July 2018):

This was their last reply to me, back in January 2019 when I asked what was going on:

We've finalized implementing a new processor and we have started to issue cards using that one, therefore your old card application has been cancelled by the system.

Although we understand your frustration, there are no updates available from the processor regarding your card application.

We assure you that we are treating this situation as a top priority and with a high level of professionalism, as a consequence, an answer will be provided once the processor provides the requested update.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.


Paxum really does suck shit, lol.
