They won't help. Trucash says to contact paxum, paxum says to contact trucash, neither give you a solid answer. I have only like $500 trapped on there, but still annoying. I stopped accepting Paxum and tell this story to every client that even suggests it. The way I view it, money was entrusted to paxum.
