You as a moderator can see my IP, right? But it won't be Moscow - the city I live in. My timezone won't be a Moscow timezone. My browser and operating system will be different anytime you check them (just try and you'll see). WebRTC and other shit won't work too. Even my local DNS server is not in Moscow as well. That's how the system works.

On the other hand, everybody can see your own IP address and many more. The only thing he needs to do is to post a small image here (e.g. a banner in the signature). But if he will post a link, which you click... he will know everything, including your account names in social networks - not passwords of course, but all your accounts which you are currently logged in - your posts there, your pictures, pictures of your family members and friends you post, because he will associate your GFY nick with that personal accounts in all the social networks. Sad, but true.

This is why a basic Internet security is a must. And TOR won't help with it. It will just hide your IP.
Beware the Evercookie

An Evercookie is not merely difficult to delete. It actively "resists" deletion by copying itself in different forms on the user's machine and resurrecting itself if it notices that some of the copies are missing or expired.[11] Specifically, when creating a new cookie, Evercookie uses the following storage mechanisms when available:

Standard HTTP cookies
local shared objects (Flash cookies)
Silverlight Isolated Storage
Storing cookies in RGB values of auto-generated, force-cached PNGs using HTML5 Canvas tag to read pixels (cookies) back out
Storing cookies in Web history
Storing cookies in HTTP ETags
Storing cookies in Web cache
window.name caching
Internet Explorer userData storage
HTML5 Session Web storage
HTML5 Local Web storage
HTML5 Global Storage
HTML5 Web SQL Database via SQLite
