Niche I keep to myself to avoid adding competition. But basically I own every variation of the big .com's to it. (niche)porn.com, (niche)cams.com, (niche)dating.com etc. And I have a few video sites up, blogs and funnels. Yes I promo cams, dating and sell my traffic popups.
