I'm going to be away for a while handling family buisness and getting things in order..life is precious and even when u prepare for death it still creeps up on you

Sorry to hear that man. If it's of any value to you at all, when my Grandmother passed, I wasn't notified until a few days after the fact, and wasn't anywhere close to being able to go see her.
I was told that she was very sick the last few days, and it was heart breaking to see her. My last memory of her was of her all drugged up and joking around, in lively spirits.
I'm the only person in my family that doesn't have a sad memory of her in her last few days. And everytime I think of her, I'm reminded of how great she was, not how sick she was.
