Add 10000 more hosted videos with unique titles and descriptions
and run regularly updates to get some organic traffic and returning visitors.
No one will trade traffic or links with you if you didn't have something to offer.
The only way to get fast traffic is to buy it or to have an own existing network, of sides.
Maybe you should use most of your sites to feed one main project.
