That is actually pretty decent weight for a girl her size. There's a Brazilian girl at my gym who has really developed thighs. When she wears shorts it's pretty impressive to see. But she struggles to squat 225.
I told her the reason I can easily squat 225 is because I can bench 225. There's a lot more to squatting heavy weight than just having strong legs. When you have a 23 inch waist and tiny shoulders, 225 may as well be 500 pounds.
But she can leg press about 5 plates on each side because it's doable for a female once the upper body strength is removed from the equation. That's why I'm never impressed by guys who load up 800 pounds on the leg press. Let's see them squat even half that weight.
