Funny you mention this..I recently had a major problem with fedex. And had to surf their phone menu many times...try this next time.
Its all verbal...at the first menu say, "three" the next say "zero" the next say "help" the next say "more help" and you're in...
Their whole syste went down for 2 days due to the blaster worm too...
The lost 2 of our packages...now I have to file a claim on their asses...they know they fucked up...but they want me to file a claim in hopes I'll forget about it...cockholsters.
