I'm happy to have to have paid over a quarter million in rent in the last 10 years here. It's a matter of convenience and luxury. The home on the water I own in Australia brings me a nice rental income every month thanks to Ray White property management in Queensland. We all know you can't afford to pay the $2,600 a month I pay to live here by the ocean in Monarch Beach. And depending on where you live determines whether owning is better than renting. I can tell you that owning would be much better in OC.. so you're losing. Same thing in Boston. The property values rise so much you're much better off owning.
And we all know you don't own any property here or abroad
