One kid was acting off, he gave him multiple warnings, then eventually he told him to get out of the pool, and the brat went off on the lifeguard and the other evil little shits joined in, that's the likely scenario.

What kind of parents leave all those kids for the lifeguard to babysit on a summer day? The parents are supposed to be there with their kids. The lifeguard is not a babysitter he's there to save lives.
