Is it true?
Does the subject of the Tweet come from a backward country, is that person a different race from the many American races, does it even mention race. Everyone has the right to say something is wrong and everyone has the right to reply.
Claiming it's racism as a means to stop people saying it, means no one outside America can criticise America. Even if what America does affects them.
