The War was also not about freeing slaves.. Lincoln didn't care that slavery existed.. There were 15 Union States where Slavery was legal.. The war was about saving the Union and controlling the slave trade...
The south started the war, the south lost, you are still crying 150 years later.. Get over it already.. Move on...
