I was in a busy shopping mall with a friend when a woman walked up to us holding a live chicken. The chicken was trying to get free and making all kinds of noise.
The lady literally just came out of no where.
She walked past everyone (who completely ignored her) and went straight to us.
When she got to us she stopped and said, "This chicken is hard to hold on to".
Then she walked off. Again no one seemed to noticed.
My friend and I did not talk about it or even seemed phased by it. It wasn't until hours later that it hit us and I said WTF was that woman doing with a chicken and where did she get it. He seemed to become confused (and now 100% aware) of the incident at the same time.
To this day we joke about it, but it's a total mystery.
